Bennison is a Senior Vice President and Head of Capital
Markets for Genworth Financial’s US Mortgage Insurance
business headquartered in Raleigh , NC . He has nearly 20
years of experience as an Investor and Investment Banker
in the structured finance market. Prior to joining Genworth,
he established and managed the Structured Finance business
at SunTrust Capital Markets. He was also a co-founder and
Managing Principal of Terminus Asset Management, a structured
securities asset manager. Additionally, he held various
positions at The Money Store Inc., Structured Finance Advisors
and ING Investment Management. He holds a BS in Economics
from The University of the South. |

of the Association's commercial division, which is based
in Atlanta. He is the former Vice President and Associate
General Counsel for BellSouth Corporation. He has over 25
years of experience in corporate law and M&A transactions
and has been the lead M&A lawyer on numerous acquisitions
and divestitures of public and privately held companies.
He holds a BA in Political Science from Brown University
and a JD with honors from George Washington University. |

trucking executive with experience in several other leading
companies including Landstar System, CarrierPoint, Bennett
Motor Express, Dobbs Houses and North American Van Lines.
Through his leadership of these organizations, Kinsey established
himself as a leading expert on effective safety programs
and owner operator trucking operations. BS in Behavioral
Management , Georgia Tech (’73); MBA, Harvard Business
School (’75). Brian has worked closely with VVS and
the senior management of James Brown Contracting Inc. to
develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to deliver
targeted growth and profitability. |
