2. A history of proven, predictable cash flow.
3. Industries with favorable long – term demand, such as energy, logistics, financial/business services and health care.
4. Foreseeable growth and/or consolidation opportunities.
5. Defensible competitive advantage through market leadership or differentiated products.
6. Experienced management available.
7. Users, rather than producers, of technology.

VVS works closely with a core group of senior and mezzanine lenders and equity investors to put in place the most appropriate capital structure which conservatively leverages our investor’s returns and supports the growth needs of the business.
