Deals

Transparency builds trust - we feel strongly that investors want to see and understand where their money is being invested. We ask our investors to look at each transaction on its own merits. As a result we spend a great deal of time and effort researching the transaction first.

Management

Some transactions come with existing management; others need new management. Strong management is the key driver to growing value. VVS maintains a network of experienced, successful managers interested in running their own company. It remains one of the two “dream” components of our philosophy. We want to help successful managers achieve their ambitions.

Money

Through our extensive capital markets and leverage expertise, we understand all types of capital. Our philosophy of transparency makes it easy for our senior debt, sub debt, mezzanine and equity capital sources to commit effectively, efficiently and quickly.
